  • Does this impact my existing terms?

    No. Your terms as established with Brilliance will remain the same.

  • Will I get shipment confirmations?

    Yes. If you have established e-mail confirmation with Brilliance, you will continue to receive confirmations once your product has been shipped and invoiced. If you are not currently set up to receive e-mail confirmations and wish to receive them, please contact our Customer Service Department at 616-846-5256.

  • How do I know how much I owe?

    Your order confirmation will provide the order total with estimated tax.

  • Will unavailable titles be backordered?

    Yes. Any titles placed on an order that have (a) not yet published or (b) are not immediately in stock, will ship as they become available. Items will remain on an order up to 165 days. After this time any remaining items on the order will be automatically canceled.

  • I have never ordered from Brilliance Publishing before. Do I need to set up a Brilliance Publishing account?

    Yes, prior to placing an order on our website you will need to contact our Customer Service Department to establish a Brilliance account. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.

  • Do you sell directly to consumers?

    We do not sell our product to individual consumers on this site. Our products can be purchased on Amazon.com or at a local bookstore.

  • How do I add a shipping address to my profile?

    In order to add a shipping address, you must call customer service at 616-846-5256 (hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am 5:00pm EST. You may establish as many default addresses as you want, however they need to be setup by the Brilliance Customer Service.
